3 main reasons for change. 1) Few, or perhaps none, of his policies have taken off. Ask what his legacy is the day he leaves, it is really a struggle to name. 2) The expensive hires, which heavily increase the staff cost, have not proven to deliver. 3) SGX staff engagement and morale are at a all-time low, a recent internal employee survey has shown. He is probably better off being the CEO of his own personal life.

Magnus Bocker's policies sound good in theory and may be pleasing to the regulators' ears. Hence they get easily implemented despite the rumblings from other stakeholders. He does not have a feel of the pulse on the ground. He definitely is not deserving of the huge remuneration he is drawing. Time to put a local at the helm.

This useless and incompetent Bocker like his big boss, Temasick Whore Jinx is drawing multi-millions Dollars salary annually and like his Boss anyhow speculate and lose by the tens of billions of Dollars.
