PETITION TO REMOVE DELINQUENT BOARD MEMBERS

Edgar Gonzales and Barbara Ward have violated our by-laws and cost the association money. They have purposefully hidden their own HOA delinquencies, and demanded special treatment for themselves and their guests.
Since both board members were delinquent for more than 30 days when HOA votes have taken place, they have voted without the authority to do so. Please sign this petition if you favor removing them from the board.
