I am not in favor of an HOA now and forever. Current board needs to step down due to their abused of their position clearly visible to everyone.

We own property there and never wanted an HOA. But besides that I would like to see access for the disabled which I believe they are not following ADA either. Many of our residents are elderly and it's a real slap in the face that they don't have the accommodations.

Greedy people needs to go. It not a HOA and we shouldn’t be force to pay the fee. From 50 to 175 in 5 years raise is absurd!

If you throw them out , be prepared to be thrown out. Vicious cycle since those in power tend to do what is best for themselves and their supporters. Just look at our politicians. Be careful what you wish for!!! Will sign the petition but don't believe it will get any better.
