This is a petition asking the judge that is handling the case for Joel Lopez known artistically as “PoFat”, an artist on Roc Nation Records. Mr. Lopez is a loyal family man and a well known pillar of the community

We are asking in good faith that the honorable judge find it in his heart to release Mr. Lopez on his own recognizance due to his health and the current state of the pandemic caused by COVID-19.

Mr. Lopez is afraid for his life as he has witnessed many other inmates dying of the said pandemic.

Mr. Lopez will follow all guidelines set by the court and will respect the courts decisions on this matter.
