HOA’s shouldn’t be able to just raise costs on homeowners at their beckon. This is the second time in 3 years the HOA have increased HOA costs and we’ve had enough. HOA’s are not Government bodies able to demand more money when they feel like it. When HOA costs far outweigh annual property tax amounts, it’s time to overhaul who is making these decisions.

A Lower assessment is needed. Some of us live pay to pay. Some of us do not have 2 incomes.
