My daughter graduates from Oceanside next year and if I have to pay out of pocket for the robe you best bet that my kid better get a choice!

During my senior year, 2016-2017, they tried doing the same because ONE student wanted it. In the end we were allowed to have the option of 2 colors - dark blue and white. FIX THIS, Oceanside. The seniors deserve the choice. One color for all of the graduates looks monotonous and boring.

We’ve had two colors for decades. I’m a 1988 graduate of GVHS and believe that tradition should continue.

Good job fighting for what you deserve and want. We had two colors when I graduated! No reason you guys shouldn’t have the option!

They should have the right to choose. Especially since they are paying out of pocket for their robes.

If this is done so no one is offended, like changing Mr. Oceanside to Captain Oceanside, chances are, similarly, no one was offended in the first place. Whoever pays has the right to choose what they’re getting in return for their money.

These kids worked for years to get where they are today (graduation) and to start taking THEIR rights away is bull. Completely unfair. Leave things alone. Stop trying to change EVERYTHING!

The seniors have worked very hard to get where they are at. If they want 2 colors, they should get 2 colors!!
