We, the undersigned members of the Puerto Aventuras Pickleball Community (PAPC), respectfully submit this petition to request the immediate reinstatement of our previously allocated court times, which were clearly communicated and established for PAPC’s organized use.

These court times were presented to us as confirmed and reserved for PAPC play. Our members have relied on this commitment when organizing schedules, recruiting new participants, coordinating structured programming, and fostering a positive, inclusive, and welcoming recreational environment within our community.

The sudden removal of these promised court times has significantly disrupted PAPC’s operations and negatively impacted member participation, planning, and morale. As an organized group, PAPC contributes meaningfully to the vitality of Puerto Aventuras by promoting consistent court use, structured and respectful play, sportsmanship, and strong community engagement.

We respectfully request:

1. The full restoration of our originally promised and established court times.
2. Clear, transparent communication regarding court scheduling policies moving forward.
3. Written assurance that agreed-upon reservations will be honored consistently and reliably.

We value our relationship with Colonos and sincerely wish to work collaboratively toward a fair, equitable, and sustainable solution that benefits the broader community. However, we firmly believe that commitments made to PAPC should be upheld in good faith.
