I have been in touch with Zamperini Field as well as the Noise Abatement division and even participated in the City Council meeting regarding this issue. I said I thought this was a political move and all Council Members fell silent. This has to stop! Thank you for this petition.

I used to be able to enjoy sitting in my backyard, and I could do work and Zoom meetings on my laptop there. Some days it is now intolerable to sit outside with constant airplane noise.. This is a recent change in the last year.

Way too much noise from constant everyday touch and go airplanes from Torrance airport. Have lived here 30 years with no problem before 2022.

I have lived in Torrance for 25 years and this was not an issue until the past couple years. The number of low flying planes is over our neighborhood is out of control. We experience the left turning touch and go flights that rapidly descend over our house (near Alta Loma Park). Please consider the “Fly Friendly” program that has been adopted by airports across the nation. Thank you

We are in South Torrance the airplane noise and flight pattern goes over our house and is annoying when trying to enjoy our backyard . Never was this bad we’ve been here since 1997. Stop this insanity.

These flights have not only added to the sound and air pollution over our neighborhood, they are increasing the risk of potential accidents over our homes. It would not the be the first time that an airplane crashes in the vicinity of the Torrance Airport.
