we live in such a beautiful town, i like being able to show it to people with pride. but the conditions of some of these roads are embarrassing not to mention annoying. its not a good look.

This entire section of town looks like we live in a 3rd world country. It's actually sad that someone owns this and doesn't care to make it look better and also doesn't care that the customers that make it possible to make money from this section of town are ignored when complains are made.
This isn't something that needs to be continually temporarily fixed, it needs to be properly done.
The driveway at the Callahan/Schaad Rd Home Depot was horrid years ago and I told them that it was sad that they had everything in their store to fix the problem and yet they just left it, they were so embarrassed that they fixed the issue within two weeks.
Do better for your renters and the citizens that make you money.
