The petition to allow lawful access to MMU byutilizingpurchased and applied for access cards, following the abrupt, un-investigated, and unjust closure of the small gate to MMU. The lack of proper route has led to robbery incidents and crime. This request, if unfulfilled by the management of Cyberia, could possibly be used as evidence to hold the management liable for future crimes caused by the lack of concern and negotiation of promise to allow access for students with purchased access cards. A negotiation which could be considered false advertising and fraud, as students were promised access. Attempts by students for a refund were also denied.
