I agree! THe developer and current head of our HOA can't pick and choose which covenants to enforce. Like not fining the builders for trash that lands in the fountains.

I would like to see both/all of the lake fountains made operational as soon as possible, and be repaired & maintained by a person, firm or company that is experienced in this type of work. Respectfully submitted 11/14/16.

As a resident who lives on the pond I respectfully request you reinstate the fountains. As one who has monitored the HOA employee spending numerous hours upon hours attempting to fix the fountains over the last two years it always appeared as though the employee was not one of efficiency nor technical competence. I think it would be helpful to our growing and concerned community that the residents and board meet to discuss this issue in a civil dialogue to gain insights from both sides.

I strongly feel that the fountain should be restored to its former glory. Its an absolute shame that the hoa feels they can charge annual fees without any obligations towards the residents.

Might try a suspended suction line for the pump, so the water intake is not on the bottom where the solid trash is.

IF the actual problem is lack of funds to maintain clean fountains due to littering by workers, THEN subject each of the builders to a regular cleaning fee to fund their mess.

Please reinstate the fountains. Without them the mosquitos are a problem and perhaps the fish may die as a result of little aeration. It is also a concern for pets drinking the stagnant water.

This is not just an hygiene issue (which in itself garners enough rationale for the fountains to be operable), but also reflects the incompetency of those in office to deal with transparency with regards to HOA management and policies. We are very frustrated with the current HOA management.

We bought our house because of the view of these fountains so it is unfair to remove these now. Especially after spending so much of our money to have it inoperable most of the time. We want the fountains installed and maintained well.

We agree that the fountains in CGII need to be turned back on.

Somewhere along the lines this HOA forgot they work for us and the good of the neighborhood. The Castlegate 1 pond seems to work fine, and I personally have never seen excessive "construction debris" in our pond. Perhaps having a licensed plumber working on the fountains instead of paying family members would yield a better result? It is time for transparency of financial records, including labor costs. I do not believe this apointed HOA should be able to work under immunity simply because we havent filled 90 percent of all lots. If they can not operate efficiently they are not qualified to manage our hard earned money!

I'm concerned about mosquitos spreading West Nile and Zika. They will breed like crazy in this stagnant water.

This is just the tip of the iceberg; this hoa-phillips family will raise dues the maximum every year and saddle us with their mistakes!
