Enhance GHW will not stop tobacco industry from production and selling of tobacco products. It’s a regulatory measure to save underage children from initiating smoking. It will not impact GDP percentage. Furthermore, increase taxes on tobacco products will increase GDP percentage.

I personally think a ban on cigarettes should be imposed but that would end all tobacco production and our GDP would have a percentage of decline.
