We need the Art Shop, as a University with so many art-related courses, it'd be devastating on the students to deny them of easy access to supplies.

I am appalled at the closing of the art shop as it is used regularly by not only me but other members of the course. The fact that it has been closed for three days already and we've not even been notified about this happening has really annoyed me as we as students have a right to know.

The art shop needs to stay open so that students have easy access to the resources they need for there course it would be stupid to close it.

When money is low it's always the art departments that get targeted. I am not saying it's the case here, but some seem to think the arts aren't as important as other faculties. But it's like someone once said. The clothes you wear, the car you drive even the packaging on your food is designed by someone that did some form of art.
