Put this profiling to the wayside. I wear a veteran association on my vest/shirts. We help veterans and ride motorcycles. Call on all sides to stop the mistreatment of motorcyclists. Encourage everyone to sign the petition.

call on both houses of the Arizona State Legislature to pass HM2001; a nonpartisan resolution encouraging all law enforcement agencies in Arizona to recognize that profiling of motorcyclists exist and that it must be addressed and stopped.

I'm an older guy that does not dress in the biker style, i.e. colors rather than my Run for the Wall vest, occasionally worn. My bike is not loud. I usually ride solo. I have not been stopped by law enforcement in many years = I can't even remember when I've been lit up. I'm sure officers look at me because I'm on a motorcycle but no problems so far.

Law Enforcement in AZ does follow, video tape and photograph bikers. They pull us over, fishing for something to stick us with.

I've been pulled over a LOT over the years (55) in numerous states, roughly half of these incidents were VERY clearly based on profiling.

I have been an active member of the Lost Dutchman Motorcycle Club in Arizona for over 20 years now. Never arrested, or committed any crimes that would serve justice by my arrest. My club has never had any interest in organized crime, or anything even slightly affiliated with it. My two children grew up and served in Irac, and made it home in one piece. I have filed taxes every year of my life with no issues. Yet I am profiled as a member of a "Criminal Street Gang"?? Why in God's name would this be true in the US of A??

I have never been profiled but I know other riders who have been. This action by police must stop because the results of these illegal traffic stops sometimes go further than merely a stop.

I have ridden motorcycles since I was 15 years old. I am 78 years old now.Having been stopped numerous times while riding for no reason. I feel that profiling is a form of discrimination by the big brother society(LEO). Thank you .

Please support the HM2001 bill on promoting motorcycle awareness and profiling. Just yesterday a guy on his bike was hit by a care turning in front of him. The care hit him and then took off. I did not se the accident but heard the crash, so I stopped to assist the man till the police and EMT's arrived. Too many people hitting my brothers and sisters because they are not looking for us and are not aware

LEO demonizes the motorcycling world in order to justify their out of control ambitions. We need to stop militarizing our police at all levels.
