Our schools and roads will not support a 400 house subdivision.

NO.NO. NO! Stop building more neighborhoods. Fix up the old houses and sell those. Our schools and roads cannot handle any more people/traffic.

Leave this beautiful piece of land alone. There's no need for new subdivisions in the area.

I do not see how the roads can accommodate that many homes without displacing residents in the area.

It is already a heavily congested area, and the schools are full. We have plenty of subdivisions in the area.

Let’s finish out the 100’s of other subdivisions in Knox County before approving more unwanted homes. Let’s preserve some of the beautiful land of East TN!

This area is already grossly over crowded. Traffic is already a terrible hazard, and the local schools are grossly over crowded as it is. Powell does not need any more neighborhoods like this. There are plenty to choose from with homes for sale as it is. Leave the farm land alone.

Emory Rd is already bumper to bumper everyday and Bishop Rd has become a speedway. Our small area cannot handle development like this. It will crowd the land, school, roads, etc. The planned denseness of these homes is ridiculous.

I agree, last thing we need is another subdivision.

This area is overcrowded enough and the last thing we want is a cheap, cookie cutter subdivision in our neighborhood!

Our local roads are not equipped for this kind of traffic. Especially during peak travel times. It’s already becoming hazardous when pulling out onto emory with heavy wait times.

My family used to live on this land and own a good portion of it. I'd hate to see it leave because when I have children I want them to experience the back roads and history of their family.

Roads won’t handle the traffic we have now. Add another 900 a day and it will be a mess. It’s all about $$.

There is enough development already, this area prides it’s self on untouched land and makes driving the back roads peaceful. Keep the rolling hills of open fields and go build somewhere else
