This project raises serious concerns about groundwater depletion, land subsidence, earth fissures, air quality, noise, and the cumulative impacts of multiple large industrial facilities in the same area. Once these resources are damaged, there is no easy way to reverse it. Pinal County residents deserve independent, transparent studies and a full accounting of the long-term consequences before rezoning moves forward. Please put our community, our water, and our future first.

I strongly oppose the proposed La Osa Data Center because of its impacts on both Red Rock residents and the fragile desert ecosystem that surrounds our community. This project would industrialize a rural landscape with major concerns for noise, light pollution, traffic, air quality, groundwater demand, and overall quality of life for nearby residents. Just as importantly, this area supports sensitive Sonoran Desert wildlife and habitat that cannot simply be replaced once disturbed.

I strongly oppose the La Osa data center. Our desert community cannot sustain a development that consumes millions of gallons of our finite groundwater daily and strains our local power grid. This threatens our quality of life through noise, light pollution, and increased utility costs, while offering minimal long-term economic benefit to local families. I will be present at the upcoming August county meeting to hold our representatives accountable, and demand a clear rejection of this project.

We already have water issues, no matter what they promise there is no “closed system” we will loose millions of gallons. Property eill devalue, wells will run dry and thousands of people will have to move ( being unable to sell thier homes) or truck water. This violates our 100 year guarantee, impacts the economy and for what? It will bring nothing to the area, a few jobs and loss of your future. We med to follow the money!! We moved to Red Rock because of the quite outdoor atmosphere and the nature that surrounds us. Would love to keep it that way without buzzing of equipment and lots of extra traffic in our area. Plus losing the water that we have.
