Petition to Oppose Rezoning Variance(s) - Car Dealership

I’m opposed to getting a new car dealership directly off of Ridgewalk Parkway.

No... I do not wan any car dealer....here!!!

We have one way out of our neighborhood. This would cause a burden on a large number of people who reside down this road. Not to mention home values will suffer.

I oppose another car dealership in this area. SLOW the growth. Woodstock city council should be voted out. Too much development, and not the right kind. How about stuff we need, like a Whole Foods. Breakfast establishment. Already too much traffic. Just STOP it!

There are too many structures being built around our homes and there is a car dealer around the corner!! No more please!!

Oh no, no, noooo way! Go petition land near Chastain or Barrett parkway. Leave Woodstock alone! There is already a dealership there and we don't need another. We don't need any more ugly car lots in Cherokee County! We don't need more congestion there either! Go away!

Ridgewalk residents completely oppose this construction. There is already too much traffic and having a car dealership in an area that is highly residential with many families walking around is a terrible idea

Ridgewalk Pky is walkable community for us residents. A dealership on a road with residents walking and a speed limit of 35 is by far the most unsuitable location for a dealership. We need more local shops, restaurant, etc. at this location. The Greenprints Alliance has worked connecting our entire community through trails and sidewalks for almost 10 years. Approving a dealership goes against what Woodstock stands for.

Too much development for surrounding neighborhoods and infrastructure.

No businesses that require rezoning should be allowed on the residential size of the overpass. We do not want another Barrett parkway and destruction of the livability Woodstock has worked hard to build
