Petition to Nullify a Penalty Wrongfully Imposed on Legon Hall Residents

In light of the latest directive from the management of Legon Hall, I write to bring to your notice a penalty imposed on residents in this directive. This imposition is compulsorily compelling residents to pay a GHS 20 penalty for not engaging in an optional and late-announced general cleaning of the hall last semester. Also in this directive, failure by a resident of the hall to pay this fine automatically forfeit his or her residential status in the hall.

We the residents of the hall feel we are being undeservingly exploited by the management yet we get the worst of services and not the best of environment to live in.

I humbly write to your office to intervene on the residents’ behalf regarding this imperative from the management and nullify the wrongfully imposed penalty.
