There are too many people here in our own country who don't receive any aid, but the government is willing to shell out billions for other countries? How is that right?

There needs to be common sense as this is unbelievable to even consider. The Governor better not ever live somewhere other than Minnesota if he is going to say crap to the people he serves to PROTECT! The deer in the headlight look he has whenever he talks says it all. Clueless as to what is best forbMinnesota.

Until we can take care of our own, there should be no reason to accept any more people into this country or this state that will have to be taken care of with my tax dollars. Especially when the potential for any type of terrorism is a possibility. Take care of our people first!

Unless each and every one of these "refugees" are vetted, Minnesota is destined to be another Paris. I urge our elected leaders to listen to the people who elected them in our loud dissent of allowing these refugees into our great State.

Mark Dayton I am appalled at your comment that we as born Minnesotans should leave our state. What gives the refugees more say than the people who elected you? Seriously ? How can you sleep at night not protecting your Minnesota? Shame on you

People are welcome if they become Americans, want to speech English, and show the ability to contribute to the improvement of America. Other wise we will become another failure of a nation.

People coming into MN/US need to understand that our language is English, our flag is the red, white and blue and if you don't like how we do things here go back where you came from.

We as a state and country need to ensure we are doing what is best for our citizens as a whole and not a smaller group who are not citizens.
