We have enough terrorist in this county we don't need even a fraction of what they want to bring in this county to be worst or over what we already have here! If you have to bring them in do a background check on each and everyone of them, we have to have a background check to get a job in this county! they should have to have one to come in this country!

I am a diehard Democrat, have always always supported Gov. Dayton as well as all MN representatives. Out of concern and fear for the safety and lives of my children, grandchildren as well as myself, I do not agree with this and therefore am signing this petition. No amount of 'screening' I feel will prevent terrorists from hurting us. Not saying all refugees are terrorists, but it doesn't take many to destroy cities/families.

Why bring these people in when we can't even take care of our own that are homeless and take care of the Veteran's.

We need to give homeless vets shelter before we give strangers shelter. We can't risk letting more terrorists into our state willingly.

Our state and country cannot even afford our own. My mother is struggling in SS and can't afford to buy medicine to treat her illnesses. We cannot afford the risk of being attacked within.

We have homeless people that don't have food and water or a warm bed to sleep in. Why give Syrian people welfare and a good home.

You are elected to represent all of us. We must consider what we can afford and our safety. Please hold off before taking such a risk especially considering the literal threats this country is receiving, it is so irresponsible to make this decision so quickly. Prove to those who are afraid (not racist) that this is a safe and humane process, as of now you do not have that proof. It is your responsibility to consider all of your residents concerns.

When out govt does not listen to us the people and does stuff anyways even though we oppose, I suggest we all stop paying taxes all together. What are they gonna do round up tens of millions of us and prison us? They can't..

We have enough suffering people in Minnesota that need help and cant get it because we were born in this country were white Christians and we work for a living, I know I have no water no heat no food no nothing with children everyday every agency I call same story there's no funding, do not allow these people into our state until you can help the people that actually pay taxes to the state
