We need to be realistic here and quit trying to solve the world's problems when we have so many here to take care of. The first and primary job of government is to protect its citizens.

There shouldn't be any immigration for at least a year after the Paris incidents. It's only sensible.

I, Shane Anding, rightfully petition the act of allowing Syrian refugees into the state of Minnesota. I do this on the basis of maintaining the safety, security, and well being for those of us who are legal residents of this state and also the country of the United States of America. Enough is enough. We need to stop helping people who cannot be helped.
Governor Dayton, with your comments about your own residents leaving this state if they do not agree with allowing these terrorists into our state, I think you should resign your position and denounce your citizenship to this country if you so whole heartedly support the country of Syria and their residents. When are you politicians going to start taking care of your OWN people and quit supplying FOREIGNERS with free housing, food, and welfare? Enough is enough with your foreign policy bandwagoning! Keep these terrorists and rebels out of our state!!

We already have enough problems, don't need to add refugees to the list. Plus they are not trusted as of now.

When did the political class get the right to tell us to leave the state we reside in just because we have the temerity to exercise our right to freedom of speech? Gov. Dayton should reflect on the fact that the voters he despises today are the same voters who will vote him out of office tomorrow!

If they can't be processed right to find out who is terrorists and who is not then things need to stop!!! Plus how can we support them when we don't have jobs?!. I'm still trying to get my insurance and stuff fixed and you guys want to bring in thousands more!?. I say no way!!!
