Petition to move teams

I found having support from an upline was everything especially if it's a supportive one!

Upline is everything, support is important in order for growth to occur.

I support this 100%

I sign this petition to support an upline transfer away from our current NMD and IMD. I have witnessed first hand the bullying and harassment tactics used by my IMD upline and I do not believe that her behaviour is commensurate of a true Juice Plus franchise partner. I do not believe that she offers the support and encouragement that are key qualities in effective leader and does not treat her wider team with respect. We all work hard to conduct our business ethically and professionally under the guidance of the Juice Plus corporate team and to see some one who does not follow the same principles and ethics to benefit is rather galling. It is very important to be able to go to your up line with questions and help and u know first hand I left another company for that reason

I am not a part of this team but I have seen the trauma and upset it has caused Sarah. I am not a family member but a friend met through the business. I find that the company with a heart should act and respond properly. It is clear it is not just an individual with the problems it is many.

This is my support and request to transfer up lines away from current NMD - it would hugely benefit our whole team who are operating under Sarah Hoyle's enthusiastic guidance and leadership. To remain under current upline structures would simply continue to deny all that the structure of the business aims to do - to support, lead and guide. While Sarah does this all for us excellently, I find it highly unfair and unethical that this same method and ethos of working is not applied to her. Therefore please accept my formal petition request to amend upline status.

I couldn't agree with this more there is far to much of this happening we all have dreams and goals we want to achieve and to bully someone over something mediocre or just because they want to is awful !!

I would also like to add that this has been going on for a number of years now and this was reported back in February and I am not impressed it has taken now for someone to listen

This kind of vile behavior, can not and should not be tolerated. It has had such an affect on Sarah who I hold in very high regard. Sarah is my upline and friend. We should not only be moved away from such disgusting people, into a team that really is as team. But they should be held accountable for their actions and removed from the company. That's how serious this matter is. Sarah helps each and everyone of us in the team, both with work and on a personal level too. Even when she's felt like hell from the constant abuse, she's still there for us. Well enough is enough. I t needs to be dealt with and very soon. Or other people will leave and when asked why this will be the reason. This company is about helping others. These people haven't helped Sarah at all. This poor team needs to be moved !! As a very good friend of 10 years to Sarah, I have never witnessed so much emotional stress and anxiety in an individual , this lady puts so much effort and work into her team and products , I can't even begin to describe ! It's a real shame this situation is still ongoing , but it has to STOP !!

This behaviour is not acceptable especially when it is so vile it makes some one ill. This is not good for anyone in the business as mud sticks. They should be removed from the company.

Coming from the same team as Sarah and this being the reason I left the company this should be accepted and dealt with accordingly this sort of behaviour would not be accepted in a normally working environment

This can't carry on any longer Please help us move teams

As both a customer and family member of Sarah I have seen first hand the emotional stress, anxiety and impact that the issues have had on Sarah and her Team. In the normal work place such behaviour would not be tolerated. It is hard to believe that a Company as big as Juice Plus have not listened to the issues or come to a resolution. I myself have also been on the back lash of nastiness from a person in Sarah's upline. Which was most unpleasant. Sarah has worked extremely hard to have such a good honest and hard working team, and offers 24 hour support and is 110% committed to the job. She goes over and beyond all calls of duty. Sarah and her Team need to move Teams as soon as possible in order for them to achieve all of their ambitions and to get all the support that they need. No one wants to be part of a Team in which they are excluded and abused. Juice Plus acknowledge achievements by giving titles which proves they are an assest to the Company. In return they need to listen and make the Team move straight away. Team Work can only work if you have the right people working together.

This bullying amd no support only your a couple of points away from your pb. No well done After. No contact what so ever Bullying members if the team and stealing potential team members in my eyes is totally unacceptable behaviour Even team members being threatened is totally disgusting. No one should ever have to put up with that.

After having seen lack of support and mentoring from up lines and bullying from particular people who are supposed to be in higher than pinnacle positions I feel it's time to take stand and speak up.. Bullying should not be tolerated under any circumstances!

This should not be allowed to happen! As a team member it comes across as bullying and trying to stop our success!! Not every indvidual can shake this kind of behaviour and treatment off! I hope my opinion helps to resolve this matter ASAP so we can continue to grow as a team with out hassle thank you.
