Fingal is growing Rapidly but public health facilities are not being provided for.
Private health alternatives are being pushed and are getting political support. At the same time public health planning is not getting mentioned, while areas are being developed.
Swords cannot continue to build to 100,000 for example, with no third level, or no public health construction.
One facility needed is something which allows for medical scanning. MRIs, Xrays, Ultrasounds, CAT Scans.
The waiting lists and travel is causing hardship for many.
This would help bring down waiting times in Dublin, speeding up diagnosis and aiding recovery and treatment process.

The Ministry has ignored our initial inquiries but the growing list of names proves Fingal cannot be overlooked. Email your local representative today to demand they bring this scan facility to the floor of the Dail. We need to keep the pressure on until they acknowledge our public health crisis.

The momentum is building because we are all tired of commuting across the city for basic medical care. Post this link on Facebook and tag your local representatives to keep the pressure on the Minister of Health.

I moved to swords 34 years ago and there was nothing in swords 34 years later swords has grown 10 fold and still so much essential services are missing schools, a proper garda station, and a hospital
Badly need - should definitely form part of any future building and planning in the area . Forward thinking instead of bad planning .

It would be a great addition to the Swords Area. It would be very proactive planning dor our area.
