I understand if Squad can't make this happen due to contractual obligations with Curse, but at the very least give us some information about the situation please.

Kerbal stuff is/was far superior to Curse. Simple and easy to navigate, no fuss for downloading, it was the better choice in every way. But due to a recent turn of events, kerbal stuff had to be shut down. MAKE IT THE OFFICIAL MOD SOURCE.

The die-hard fans of KSP that recommend the game to friends keep playing it because of the updates and the mods. I think Squad should make mod proliferation internal, or at least support home-grown efforts to store them. Curse feels corporate and is heavily advertised on. Not a site I want to frequent.

Curse is useless. Modding is central to KSP. Therefore, please consider switching to a dedicated KSP mod host. Kerbal Stuff was superb
