This petition is in regards to proposed legislation in which will unlawfully infringe on the second amendment of the citizens of Buena Vista, Virginia. For further insight reference Senate Bill No. 16 - offered January 8, 2020. The citizens wish to make a political stand against Richmond and the proposed legislation which is not the desire of the people by adopting a resolution to make Buena Vista, Virginia a Second Amendment Sanctuary City.
