Please do not shut down your message boards! It is impossible to communicate with other fans on films on Facebook! IMDB has always been one of my favorite sites and every time I watch a movie I immediately go to the message boards to find out things I might not have understood in the film or to get other peoples views. I don't understand why you are doing this but please reconsider.

I could survive without it, but it is one of a very few outlets, maybe the only one, for freedom to make uncensored comments left. There's nothing in the world like it or better.

Please do NOT disable the IMDb message boards!!!! I love the message boards and they are a way to really connect with other people about the movies we love and adore. There really will be. I other reason for me to view IMDB without the message boards

I am signing this petition to help contribute to the support of keeping the IMDB message boards alive. Movies are the love of my life and to have the message boards as a source of collaborative discussion is a blessing for a movie fanatic like myself and many others on the Internet. There is no other place quite like the IMDB message boards where we, the movie audience, can talk about certain aspects of the film in a separate thread discussion. Please do the right thing and keep the IMDB message boards alive. Thank you.

IMDB message boards is one of the few ways to connect with other fans on certain movies and TV shows. IMdb for me was never about getting the celebrity information because we can honestly just google that stuff but being able to have message boards and comment on certain celebrities, certain films, certain tv shows or video games or any form of media, IMDb was the getaway site for fans. All the fun games we had on boards and hearing other opinions from other fans on the shows we love. IMDb was alway there for years. I understand on some of the boards they haven't been as active but you must be out of your mind if you think more people will use their social media to talk on IMDb. Get rid of it and do whatever but without the boards IMDb is basically Yahoo Movies. The boards made IMDb unique, it's been a site I used for years and without the boards, I kinda have no chance on staying on.
