I have know Shannon on a personal level but we have not seen each other in forever due to our residence. Let me just say that you need to keep her and learn that change promotes growth. She is an inspiration to those who come in her life and serves as a coach both on and off the court. I wish her luck and your community will be in my prayers to give her strength to guide and support those that she will mentor.

Shannon would be a hard working, compassionate and dedicated coach. I have witnessed how much she loved being a cheerleader back in high school, as well as being a part of a team, being a leader and the competitiveness of the sport. She would give this job her all! Shannon would be the perfect candidate for this job. Please give her the opportunity to do what she loves! :)

Shannon is a great coach, and would be a huge asset. She is not a bully, she is just simply honest. Fredericktown needs a coach like her, she will improve the squad tremendously. I support her completely.
