Please help us stop the vacating (closing) of the public easement/right-of-way to a public beach on Hudson Lake. The easement is located on Canal St. just west of Chicago Rd. near the Lakeside RV Resort. It is one of the few public access sites and beaches remaining to the lake and lies just southeast of Bluebird beach, which is also one of the few public accesses left. We need the community's help in defeating the petition to have the lot vacated and made private property, cutting off any public access to the water and beach that the easement leads to.
