I am very upset to learn of this! I love going to the concerts and love the performances and part of this is because of Mr. Eising. When he comes out as Santa during the winter performance it's such a delight! Please keep him at Blake!!

I was a student at Blake during Mr. Eising’s first year as a teacher. I graduated in 2006. My baby sister is a current student (class of 2020). I also knew Mr. Eising when he was the graduate assistant to the University of Maryland marching band. He is an excellent teacher who has worked at Blake his entire career. He cares deeply about his current and former students.

His the best music teacher I could ever ask for he gave me courage continue doing music and actually gers work done....Blake is so much better with him. Straight ones at festival

Esing has been one of if not the best teacher I have had and he don’t deserve this. He may yell a lot but it’s only so we get better and make us not want to get yelled at again

I never had him personally(I am a freshman) but I still think he deserves his job! He is a fun guy and he makes us work hard to play at our best.

Eising is an amazing teacher and human being. To the entire band and music department he is like a father. No matter what happens we won't stop fighting for him.

He is my favorite teacher and orchestra is the only class that i look forward to everyday. If he didnt teach at blake anymore i would have to quit orchestra
