Eising is a compassionate instructor who has helped our group improve by leaps and bounds. We wouldn't have improved so much without him and honestly I can't imagine learning from anyone else but him. #RisingforEising

I wouldn't be the confident section leader I am today if it wasnt because of his guidance. He's one of those few teachers who actually cares about you and wants to see you grow as a person and a musician. He made me realize that I have some kind of leadership abilities in me and it just takes someone to bring it out of you. And that's exactly what he did. I would like to have Mr Eising as my teacher next year because I enjoy his class

Quality teachers are so hard to find. The art of music is being lost in the public schools these days. Please don't allow another quality instructor and ambassador to be removed from the lives of so many young future artists

He has made this program what it is now and we wouldn’t be anywhere close to where we are now in this program without him.

Eising was more than a teacher. He was a mentor, leader, and a father to all.

Mr.Eising has instilled his passion for music in me. He has made his mark in the signature school for art, Blake, in the orchestra, band, and percussion classes. Please do not take away such an important person. He brings out the best of Blake music students.

This is an ARTS and humanities school. Doing this only exterminates a unique aspect of this school. This is not only unfair to Eising, but to the other teachers suffering from Sinclair's "budget cuts." Honestly, I feel that Sinclair doesn't care about Blake's signature program, but only on how he can "make his school look good." Unlike him, Eising actually cares about our personal progress and actually makes an effort to nurture it while new-guy Sinclair just sits by and decides to tear apart years of dedication and passion.

I don’t even take band or orchastra, but I do know that my friends speak very highly of him and they accredit their success to him. I think he’s a very valuable part of the school that deserves to stay.
