Actors' Tariffs is what will inform the amount of Royalties that actors can earn for the rest of their lives. Royalties is what performing artists bequeath their upcoming generations. Actors need these royalties. Several TV programs and movies are on constant rotation on TV airwaves while actors earn zilch from those re-runs. This needs to change. Actors must earn everytime their images appear on TV screens.
