Numerous mrt breakdowns is totally unacceptable to a developed country like sg. Could it be a design flaw of the system? Get the foreign experts to resolve this problem asap. The military generals are totally useless except giving excuses and collecting their paycheck every month.

SMRT, LTA and gov of Singapore, please resolve the train delays and train breakdowns issue ASAP! We are paying full fare and yet get the lowest quality of service, the only world record worst service we received.

Breakdown every other day. No system in the world can match this even Bangkok MRT which I used for 5 years only had one small breakdown.
Singapore should try to catch up with cities like Bangkok and KL
