Number and frequency of train delays and disruption indeed hit the Book of Guinness World Record that disappointed all Singaporeans and even foreigners living and working here disrupting and affecting working schedules as well as living conditions for majority that is depending on your so called First Class World Transportation System Network. Despite given so many opportunities to allow you people to improve on those shortcomings, yet still show no signs of any improvements or rectification. We have totally no confidence in recognising the status of your WCTS.
