Due to poor & lack of maintenance, more train breakdowns are expected... All goes down to dollars & cents, lowest tender for LTA projects gets the job done but look at the repercussions, it's like a chain reaction & it's all messed up...!

Really 1st World!!! SHOCKING!!! Better than 1st World salaries for our politicians. Heartland toilets are sickeningly 3rd world, so are dirty HDB car parks and ground floors.

We are at the mercy of MRT and we cant do anything about it. If it spoils we are only inform of the delay when we are on board the train. No refunds are made and the delay is just forgotten. MRT collects advance payments in $10/- $20/- etc etc and the interest goes to them. We also unable to know if there is more than necessary deductions made from our trips coz we dont make checks on every trip.

I am so happy for Singapore if this will be it's first Guinness Record. Changi Airport shouldn't be only the world number one, let's get SMRT to be the one and only one winner
