This is the result of putting senior management who have no in depth of Train Maintenance. Today train breakdown is the outcome of what was done many years ago. Like the going say, you put monkey into this top post you get suck service...But the true reality is there is no person taking responsibility for such failure who make all this decision...

Yes, many breakdowns, poor system co-ordination, many many stoppages along journey to work which made it all the more frustrating when one stays far away from place of work.

Every time there's a delay it's "signaling fault" or "track fault" Why is there a fault every god damn day?

The top priority is to revamp the underperforming top management who are simply siting in ivory tower. They simply taking advantages of commuters.

World class"fastest monorail" (Singapore SMRT) to serve a first world city with breakdown so often that you will return to the factory if it is a car you bought.

Please look into it thoroughly and fix it. we are so tired of having train faults already. especially during peak hours! it affected us going to work or school.
