I think SMRT deserves this award, train delays has become a norm that happens everyday. If fact, in recent months, punctual SMRT train has become a very rare event that commuters celebrates.

An originally Japanese Engineering feat only to be reduced to cheap China construction & parts to save money for hopelessly useless top people who are blind and deaf as they cower and hide in their astronomically high ivory towers

The breakdownn causes so much trouble and delay. The breakdown causes jam on roads, price increase in other mode of transport like uber or grab. Which makes it super inconvenient for everyone.
