Ask the mrt management to take the mrt whenever they is a signal testing so they can experience what normal people is experiencing , else they only use their mouth and never know the real pain.

With frequent break down, causing alot of people crowding and waiting. With human traffic causing movement very difficult. Some are elderly and parent with kids. If in case of emergency, it's going to be stampede and chaos.

Follow what London tube is doing. Source the maintenance to HK MTR. The entire board of directors in SMRT should resign. The massive savings from their salaries and director fees can be ploughed back to improve the system.
