A lot of areas I do not agree: no eating sweets, no drinking water, no passing items at gantry, regular fare hikes. Since got fair hikes, all the more we can pass items at gantry

I do not agree some of their dehumanizing , too strict practices: frequent breakdowns, unethical, Fare hikes, no drinking water /sweets at stations, no passing items to friends at gantry. Hoping for so long for them to improve on these. Already feedback to mgmt, but they are still the same. Foreigners are commenting the same issues. I have reached my limit.
Please step down if u can’t solve the problem.. 5 years is simply too long to wait!

Today, all the MRT lines are affected. Also, two trains collided.

When SMRT bows their head but the MINISTER of transport refuses to claim any form of responsibility so that they can continue lining their pockets.

My car broke down recently and have to take mrt for awhile. Sadly this is the first time I took the train after so many years, yet out of 10 trips I had, 4 breakdowns. And sometimes the train operator will ask u to alight the train without valid reasons. Very sad indeed.

MRT in Singapore is really lousy.
Every time when got trains breakdown, it actually breaks the commuters’ rice bowl as the commuters will be keep getting late for work. Some actually got fired as a result, as bosses can’t accept employee keep getting
