Contract Purpose: This agreement outlines the terms under which the undersigned purchaser agrees to acquire and hold the $HOLD token until the specified condition is met.

Terms of Agreement

1. Token Purchase:
   The undersigned purchaser (hereinafter "Holder") agrees to acquire $HOLD tokens through a transaction on the Solana blockchain.
2. Holding Condition:
   The Holder agrees to retain ownership of all purchased $HOLD tokens and refrain from transferring, selling, or otherwise disposing of them until the market capitalization of $HOLD reaches $100,000,000 USD (Ten Million United States Dollars), as determined by the aggregate value reported on dexscreener.
3. Verification of Market Cap:
   The Issuer will monitor and publicly announce when the market capitalization of $HOLD reaches $100,000,000 USD. Upon this event, the Holder will be free to transfer, sell, or otherwise manage their tokens without restriction under this agreement.
4. Breach of Agreement:
   If the Holder transfers or sells any $HOLD tokens before the market capitalization reaches $100,000,000 USD, the Holder acknowledges that they may be subject to penalties as determined by the Issuer.
5. Blockchain Record:
   The Holder’s acquisition and holding of $HOLD tokens will be recorded on the Solana blockchain. The Holder’s Solana address will serve as proof of ownership and compliance with this agreement.
6. No Guarantee of Value:
   The Issuer makes no representations or warranties regarding the future value, utility, or performance of $HOLD. The Holder acknowledges that they are acquiring the tokens at their own risk.
