REMOVE HER TITEL AND REFRAIN FROM USING NON LOCAL PEOPLE IN THESE EVENTS REPRESENTING THE VIRGIN ISLAND. THE CONTESTANTS ARE NOT FROM THE VI.. NON OF THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS ARE BURIED IN THE TERRITORY NOR DOES ANYONE KNOW THESE PEOPLE RUNNING

Did the “Winner” register within the legally required time and present a Virgin Islands identification for entry into the competition?

I have been here for 6 years, and know more than this Miss Universe.
She did not live with us thru 2 Hurricanes. She is a pageant jumper. She should be defrocked from her position.
It takes a lifetime to learn the Territory, and she did not do that.

If this young lady was in Utah in January. When does her residency in the USVI begins. 6 full months would be from February 1st to July 31st . If she signed her application prior to her 6 months then she is not a resident and the committee too with be at fault. Review the signature date and the close date of the application. If it is before August 1. She does not meet the 6 months qualification
