American Justice requires an unbiased and honest media.

For years, HLN's Nancy Grace has polarized the public with her outrageous conduct but nothing like she has engaged in during the Martin/Zimmerman trial.

This petition is brought by concerned Americans to stop the Nancy Grace abuse of the truth, and of others who have differing opinions. We reserve the right to amend or extend this petition.

As the Supreme Court of the United States held in 1942 that goes to the heart of this petition and Grace's abuse of her public position with regard to"fighting words":

"Words which would likely make the person whom they are addressed commit an act of violence. Fighting words are a category of speech that is unprotected by the First Amendment. Chaplinsky v New Hampshire, 315 U.S. 568 (1942)."

Let's compel HLN to fire this highly suspect attorney-at-law and officer of the court who proclaims she advances "justice" by her outrageous speech and conduct that is "NOT" protected by the First Amendment.
