Petition to Get a 24 Hour Security Guard placed at the South Entrance of Bellalago

You can find the south entrance security gate arm knocked down at least twice a month from unauthorized vehicles trying to ride behind other vehicles to gain access to the community.
There are apartment buildings being built that will house over 300 plus people right next to the south entrance gate. Unfortunately, an aluminum fence that is being put up will not be sufficient enough to keep unauthorized people from coming into the community with their vehicles.
More than ever, we need a strong security presence. We need to have a 24 hour security guard at the south gate entrance of Bellalago to help protect our families and properties by keeping unauthorized vehicles from entering the community.
We, the undersigned, are concerned residents who urge our Bellalago Management / Taylor Morrison Builder to act now to place a 24 hour security guard at the South entrance of Bellalago permanently.

The gates keep getting damaged and the property management is still ignoring our concerns about the new apartment construction. Call the management office today and demand that they assign a guard to the south entrance immediately.

I have been followed through the back gate repeatedly and no one seems to care. For the safety of our community, a rover is a necessity at the back gates of each Bellalago community. We pay an insane amount of HOA fees for controlled access yet the security doesn’t seem to care. There is no need to have two individuals inside of the front gate to check IDs.
We have been asked for that and Mandy Morgan had said no; however we run the show we paid for that service, the number of residents has increased. Therefore we can afford to pay for extra securities. Excellent initiative we need to come together, even if we need to rally the community, we need to show force.
I agree also I have had several vehicles 2 feet from my bumper following me so gate will not go down and they get in.
We did not ask for these additional domiciles. Many of us were never informed that there would ever be additional dwellings built where they are now presently being built. With more folks moving in we need addition security. It's a no brainer.
Guard in the back gate is extremely necessary. Lot of non resident people are getting into the community putting at risk the security of the residents. I have witnessed arguments between violent non resident man and a resident for not being permitted into the community. I have witnessed high speeding after their entrance. Robbery had increased recently, etc.
Need 24 hr guard at the south gate.
Living in a gated community gives me a sense of feeling safe, however I do not feel that here. Way too much unauthorized access into the community.

I agree at this moment we do not live in a gated community as there is access into Bellalago drive via the new construction site by south entrance. Disgraceful
