Petition to fix Dunkin Donuts drive through congestion.

Way to dangerous

This wound be great they should have done this years ago

I have been saying for years that this is the worst driving pattern anywhere I have seen. The employees move fast and effectively to keep the loop going. The lines on both sides are dangerous!

I have been caught unexpectedly behind those in the right hand lane attempting to turn into the drive-through lane and have found it to be dangerous attempting to change lanes in order to bypass the "logjam"!

the drive thru Is back up all the way to valley farm dairy plant and on the other side people are waiting to turn in and that's up. its going to causes a really bad accident one day. The lines are so bad that there is people that leave because they are not waiting for the lines. that mean your losing business and customer. please fix it.

Turn the order board sign so customers can go clear back to ghe parking lot thus allowing more cars in the lot and not on 3d St.

I agree with you 100% This needs to be addressed. I have been stuck behind the sunday morning line-up. it stinks!

Please do fix this problem. I will not travel the strip certain hours for this reason. Im not going jeopardize my kids n i lives over dumb people with road rage who have no patience n pull right out in front of you so therefore u have to slam on ur brakes n hope ppl behind u are paying attention n dont rear end ya. Dunkin is too busy for that small area of property either a red light needs put in or turn right only or even better somehow figure out more parking or bigger line for drive thru so its not interfering with drivers on the strip! If a solution isnt made maybe shutting them down n making them relocate or make a safer enterance n exit for their business! Instead of their greed think of ppls safety but end the day everyone knows its all politics n money talks louder than morals or whats right so i hope theu swriously listen to the community for once and fix this problem!

It definetly needs to be fixed it is a safety hazard and causes traffic to get backed up just not good the way it is

I won't go there as long as it's like this. DR should pay for the fixes and should be fined every month until changes are made.

I have been in the congestion at this location & was almost hit several times. Between impatient drivers & the current layout it is a horrible condition any time of the day. I think moving the ordering screen to the back of the lot would help with cars spill out onto 3rd St. making a full loop from entering to the back of the lot to order & pulling up straight to the pick up windows should help. I think adding a sign to remind drivers NOT to block traffic would be a good addition. If you CANNOT make a complete turn into the lot drivers should know better than to proceed forward. Maybe start have it patrolled & a few tickets would help those drivers to remember that basic rule.

The best way to fix this would be to open up the parking lot so people can use the red lighter that’s right there

It should have never been allowed to be built like the way it is.

Almost got hot several times in the morning from people going in and out!!

Somebody is going to get killed there one of these days.

The reason I avoid this DD is the drive thru/ parking lot!! Terribly dangerous to everyone!!!

This is an issue that needed to be fixed a long time ago. Even if you are not a Dunkin customer the congestion gets in the way and has almost been the cause of numerous accidents.

Something needs to be done ASAP before someone gets killed over a cup of coffee!!! This is so bad!! It's scary... I hate it..
