Petition to fix Dunkin Donuts drive through congestion.

Very dangerous in the a.m..

I’ve witnessed several accidents in front of Dunkin due to the poor design of the drive thru and parking lot. I agree they need a change.

I agree. I stopped going there; it is a joke trying to get in and out of Dunkin Donuts.

I absolutely agree 100% with this. Clearly, the traffic back up to the road cause problems. In addition, there also instances where a driver will try to exit the parking lot through the entrance, which presents even more problems when combined with traffic congestion. Honestly, should consider adding width to the exit so that drivers who do park are able to exit slightly safer than current conditions (i.e. think of McDonald's drive-thru down the street. Wide enough for drive-thru customers, and customers leaving from being parked).

I will boycott Pumpkin Spice Latte's until you fix this.

The congestion the Dunkin causes is a huge safety hazard, there has been cars backed up to the light waiting to get in. During morning Rush hours and the amount of accidents that already happened it is of utmost importance that its accessibility is opened up.

Terrible drive through, absolutely despise going to this location.

worst drive thru ever. Love Dunkin coffee but there is No way I'm risking mine or my familys life to go for food in a unsafe place. if you want my money make it safe. I was in a accident and not even going in to dunkin because a car was waiting forever to cross over so they crossed over and smashed my car because you want their money and don't want them to be safe! to me it's greed...write it off to uncle sam and save a life!

Drivers who don't use drive through are forced to enter and leave through the same small area. This is because there is now way to "sneak out the back". No one starting from scratch would design traffic flow this way, so why live with it now? Especially since traffic from the Golden Strip is often stopped in both directions (right side of Eastbound and left side of Westbound) as they wait for cars in the parking lot itself to sort themselves out.
