I have just requested a refund of my $1000 I give in 8 Jan 2014. If they provide me the refund I won't need a class action suite. However if Elio wants to try and use that farce of a contract to keep everyone's money then It will have be bought to light that Elio is running a fraud and needs to be stopped. The smart move would be to return the money with the understanding no other action will be taken. But Scammers are sometimes not very smart.

#1365, gave $1,000. Feel I was totally scammed from the beginning.

I do support lawsuits but I'm not sure about joining. I don't have a car.

Anyone who signs this is an idiot and lacks reading comprehension. The contract clearly states a reservation is for a place in line and there is no guarantee of a product. Neither Elio or the reservation holder is obligated to anything. You bought into a dream and a vision. Maybe they will produce, maybe they won't, but trying to bog the company down with potential legal issue is not helping at all.
