Petition to file class action lawsuit against Elio Motors

So disgusted in this fraudulent company.

$1000 and nothing to show for it. Their website is full of broken links

Location is not correct. I live in Conley, Ga. 30288

Took my $1,00.00 deposit and never delivered a car. I still have the receipt from Elio verifying the 1k was a DEPOSIT on a car AND my number on the list.

Paid a grand to buy one of these to use for my local commute. Never materialized, I retired well after it's "release date in 2016". I no longer need this vehicle since retiring in 2019.

My reservation number is 162, I put my original deposit of $1,000 down back in January of 2013. I've never really had any communication with them since.

I only had $100 into because I thought the company had a great vision for the field of transportation. Go ahead, take the money and run.

I was severely mislead to place a $1,000 non-refundable deposit toward a vehicle that was promised to be produced as promoted, and I believe we were jntentionally duped by the owner and/or the company with false promises. I'm a little late finding this class action lawsuit, but we need answers or our money back, or a piece of someone's Hyde! My Elio would have been #9346 produced.
