Petition to file class action lawsuit against Elio Motors

Made a payment on an elio car in 2014 never heard anything else about it.

Not only put down the $1000 toward the purchase but also purchased 500 shares of stock at $12 a share totaling $6,000.

We were misled by Elio.

Reservation # 11,654.

Grandfather reserved a car and paid, still nothing happening to for a refund!

I made an a so called "all in" deposit years ago.

Deposit $1000 Stock $1200 to $0

Good thing all i submitted was $ 100 only. Whew!

Committed back in 2013...saddened to see things have fallen so far.

I have wondered where this company went. I hope everyone can get their money back. Including me.

I went all in. I believed in this company. This guy needs to pay.

I went for the "all in" option, and invested substantially in stock. So, yes, I feel bilked.
