How do I get my $1,000.00 Back. I was # 9000 in line. There needs to be a Class Action Lawsuit. Unlike Paul Elio we all work hard for our money.

I made a decision to place two vehicles for the company I work for. Years past and they never delivered anything but two T-Shirt. This is totally unacceptable. We want our money back!

All in reservation of $1000 for a vehicle that's never going to be built.
Yes we gave an all in reservation however you can't indefinitely keep pushing the build date back without having us agree to it.

Signed up in 2009. It is now 2020 and it appears this was a Ponzi scheme from the beginning - that I fell for. I do understand all of the federal hoops to jump through to get a new vehicle approved, and the fight from the big 3, but it appears the money was used by officers of the company for personal expenses.

I invested $500. for a "place" in line and $3000 in an early investment offer in 2012/13. I haven't received any correspondence from the company and their investor site is closed. Is there a POC left in the company?

I also went all in with no refunds, but was told the vehicle would be arriving within six months. This was several years ago. I’ve been waiting since 2012 and I’m pissed!!!

I went all in in 2009, they kept promising, "next year, definitely next yeay. Next year is happening." and it just never happened.
