I put $1000 down in 2014 and was told I could not get my deposit back because it was an all in deposit. My reservation number is 11927 with Elio. I have all the emails that were sent back and forth to support this scam company.

At the time I invested I was told on their website the car would be coming out soon. More than 5 years ago.

5 years???? Still waiting. No communications. I want this to go to court. I want them to go to JAIL 1 day for every dollar stolen, ALL OF THEM. Including that guy at the reception desk who is PAID TO LIE!

We invested and put a deposit down and have only gotten updates online..... We have never gotten any information on our stocks that we bought into. #$$$ we will never see again!! Haven't been able to reach them in years. I would love our names to be included into the class action suit!

Elio sure didn't have any trouble taking my 1,000 dollars. I got the T shirt. Most expensive T shirt I've ever purchased. Of course I want my money back. This company is a sham. Doubt we'll ever see our vehicles as promised by this shady company and its owner. Sign me up.
