Petition to file class action lawsuit against Elio Motors

Elio motors is a fraud - plain and simple

I am an "All In" customer that paid $1000 for a car to be delivered in 2014 for $4999.00

Elio "All in" since 2014. Looking for the ability to log into my Elio account again.

I have been a backer since 2014. I can't believe this company is still around and still allowed to "function"

I signed up for 3 cars I know will never get built.

Money back ASAP

Deposited $1500 towards two Elio cars. Haven't heard anything.

I'm into this for the $1000 down payment at a time when I believed they would actually produce a car. Since then I was approached by someone who was pushing the stock at $4.20 a share. So glad I didn't do that as it's now $.31 a share and continues to go down. It's a huge scam all around.

I paid a $100 non refundable deposit to get in line years ago. This company has produced nothing as far as I know.

I made a non-refundable deposite of $1,000. If it is never going to be made available, I should be given my money back. Otherwise this is fraud.

#9579 in line. The design is now outdated. Paul Elio needs to be charged with fraud and serve a long time in jail, for ripping off so many people.

My husband Paul Miller, who has since passed away was number 14,393 in line.
